Balchug Plaza

Class A+ Business Center

The Balchug Plaza development is located in the heart of downtown Moscow opposite the Kremlin. The project occupies the entire block on Sadovnichesky island, surrounding by Russian and foreign business elite representations. The Balchug Plaza complex consists of four buildings incorporated in a uniform architectural ensemble, located on the island between Moscow-river channel and Vodootvodny canal. High rise buildings blend naturally into the architecture of the preserved restored buildings – architectural monuments. The windows of Balchug Plaza capture splendid views of the Kremliln and Christ the Savior Cathedral. Facades are coated with natural Italian marble. To preserve the unique concept only natural materials were used for the interiors fit-out – granite, marble, Venice plaster and valuable sorts of wood. The floor planning concept used to design the Balchug Plaza complex takes advantage of the “open planning concept”, allowing tenants more flexibility and choice in planning and a fit-out that meets the needs of the tenant’s business model. The complex has an elegant courtyard covered with a glass dome which opens the view on one of the most beautiful churches of Moscow – St. George’s Cathedral, built in 1653. The Balchug Plaza complex is equipped with modern engineering systems and controls and a single control center, allowing for efficient and economic building management as well as tenant comfort in conformity with international class A+ standards. Extensive infrastructure also includes 3-level underground parking.
