On 14 April 2011 Storm Properties participated in the 8th annual ceremony - Commercial Real Estate Awards which traditionally took part in Expocenter at Krasnaya Presnya.

Storm Properties was a nominee of the "Deal of the Year" - Purchase of Storm Properties’ shares which belonged to PIK Group by Storm Properties’ management and the following sale of shares to a new strategic partner.
Storm Properties sponsored the "Personality of the Year" nomination, where the winner was Lee Timmins, Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Hines Russia.
