On 19 April 2012 Storm Properties participated in the 9th annual ceremony - Commercial Real Estate Awards which this year took part in the new place - Forum Hall at Letnikovskaya street.

Storm Properties sponsored the "Investment Deal of the Year" nomination, which went to the deal: purchase of Morgan Stanley Fund of the Gallery Shopping and Entertainment Center in St. Petersburg. Jones Lang LaSalle was the consultant of the deal.
