К2 Business Park co-investors Marbleton Property Fund and Storm Properties are pleased to announce recommencement of the active marketing of the K2 project - Moscow region's first international class A business park.

Storm Properties will continue to act as the developer of the project and has moved a project team to the site office which is located on the site of the future business park.
The "paper" stage of the project was fully completed in 2009 when the positive conclusion for the project documentation was received from the State Expertise. Based on the real estate market condition and its estimated recovery rates, the investors made the decision to commence with the marketing of the scheme to potential occupiers prior to undertaking preparatory site works to enable the construction of the 1st phase to begin in Spring 2011.
