Storm Properties has completed the architectural concept tender on PetMal project in Saint Petersburg.

PetMal is located in the central part of Saint Petersburg at the intersection of Moskovsky prospect and Obvodnoy canal embankment. The 350,000 sq.m residential complex of comfort class will be developed on the territory of released industrial manufacture.
As a result we received the concepts from five Russian and Western architectural firms. All ideas have unique style and architecture. The information about the investor’s decision on the architect will be provided in the nearest future.
