Storm Properties and Metra Group started developing a new residential complex “Pavshinsky Stars” of approximately 30,000 sqm. Investments will total over $70 mln. Partners participate in the project equally.

1.13 ha site is located on the bank of Moscow river in the Pavshinsky Poima area, adjacent to MKAD, between Volokalamsky and Novorizhsky highways. This guarantees convenient access to city center. The high-rise monolith-brick residential complex will have a unique design. Currently, the leading Moscow architectural firms and a number of European bureau are participating in the tender for project documentation development and site planning. According to the project schedule the construction and sales will start in summer 2013. Price for one square meter will equal approximately $3,000 depending on the stage of the project development.
“One of the main goals in our mutual project is the combination of the beautiful viewing features of buildings with the maximum efficient floor plans because for the modern purchaser the residential functional has a higher priority than the apartment size. Not the quantity of square meters is important but the efficiency of each square meter of the apartment,” – commented Ekaterina Moshkina, CEO of Metra Group.
